Prohibited conduct includes: collusion or match-fixing in sports betting markets; money laundering or using the Platform to process funds derived from illegal activities; creating multiple accounts to abuse promotional offers; threatening, harassing, or using offensive language toward bdt33 staff or other users; and any attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure, software, or data systems.

8. Intellectual Property

All content published on bdt33, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, code, game interfaces, promotional materials, and audio-visual elements, is the exclusive intellectual property of bdt33 or its licensed content providers. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, transmit, display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of bdt33.
• Third-party game provider names, logos, and trademarks (e.g., Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, Microgaming) remain the property of their respective owners.
